I had to go back to school to learn more about wine, it makes me a better conversationalist with Valerie.  So I tag along to her WSET classes and I get her to read her wine columns to me.  She has written about corks, barrels, cellaring, storing wine, how to taste, organic practices – I’ve learned so much, and it’s fun!  So bone up on some interesting wine topics here.
